we strongly recommend installing the update. Without this update, messages will appear on the display about the FLARM license expiration. Unfortunately, these messages appear very often and overwrite other displays. It is best to install the update without GNSS reception; without GNSS, the messages will not be displayed. The new FLARM update only needs to be done once now, as the expiration date is now January 2099.
For the SKYTRAXX 3.0 simply update the firmware, FLARM will then be updated automatically.
